We have been trying for years to get our local Republicans under Control. They don't hide what they are up to and have turned Washington County, Indiana
into 3rd World Nasty. Yet, they will get back in to local office because they are supported by
the State and National Republican Party as well as Mr. Trump
The Contractor that is paving the roads for the County uses County Trucks, Employees and Fuel to haul the asphalt to the roads.
Frankly, it's just weird that the County trucks are used like this.
So, if it is so much cheaper for the County to bid out the paving by the ton and use County trucks, employees and fuel - why would we ever consider taking bids in by the mile?
But if that's not the case and if by the mile is cheaper (because - maybe - we wouldn't need a new $4 million Garage to house a fleet of trucks), why allow the County Commissioners to take bids that way?
